Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of maintenance and reliability experience.
• 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills (automation, robotics, controls).
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and electrical drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance operations to meet KPIs for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service.
• Lead by example to promote Safety and GMP.
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Coordinate with planners and production teams to schedule proactive maintenance and ensure standards compliance.
• Analyze production schedules and prioritize repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Track KPIs, audit processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in root-cause analysis and implement solutions for recurring equipment issues.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
