Job summary

Dart Container is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, quality and productivity. You will develop teams, drive engagement, and partner with maintenance, quality and scheduling to meet production goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in a high-volume environment; you will train staff on processes and technology while fostering a safety-first culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of supervisory experience required with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) years of experience in a production environment
• Ability to display strong interpersonal skills, be accessible and approachable
• Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes, and procedures
