Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of equipment maintenance technicians and ensure safety rules are followed.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Plan and manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment records.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to develop/update SOPs, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure critical spare parts are available and manage budget implications.
• Maintain 5S3R standards and a clean, safe work environment at all times.
