Job summary

Dart Container is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Georgia to lead maintenance teams, uphold GMP standards, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across production equipment.

The role emphasizes preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance, with a focus on developing strategies to reduce costs and improve uptime. Strong leadership and hands-on maintenance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience with strong leadership and management skills.
• Three years of experience in maintenance and reliability.
• Experience reading schematics, blueprints, and electrical drawings.
• Experience using plant production software to track work orders and KPIs.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do…

Supervise and lead by example to uphold safety and GMP standards

Oversee preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance of production equipment

Develop and implement strategies to enhance operations and reduce costs

Analyze KPIs and work orders to prioritize repairs and improvements

Coordinate with teams to build proactive maintenance schedules and maintain compliance

What you’ll need...

Two (2) years supervisory experience required with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills

High School Diploma or GED

Three (3) years of experience in maintenance and reliability

Previous plant production software experience

Experienced in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and electrical drawings

Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes and procedures
