Job summary

Hillcrest Health Services is seeking a Team Member Services Specialist for the Home Office in Bellevue, NE. You will support multiple HR functions across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to benefits, leaves, records, and reporting.

You’ll interact with team members and leaders to resolve questions with a service‑driven mindset, maintain accurate records, and help keep processes organized and confidential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR Generalist or similar broad HR experience preferred.
• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, employee records, leaves, recruiting, or employee support.
• Previous experience with HRIS or similar employee-management system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate post-offer and pre-onboarding activities for new team members.
• Support the new-hire process and ensure items are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist with General Onboarding setup and delivery.
• Maintain accurate team member records and files.
• Process HR data changes and payroll-related updates.
