Job summary

Sage-Haus seeks a House Manager & Family Assistant to support a two-parent household in Seattle. This part-time role covers 15–20 hours weekly with a schedule of 3 days per week, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM. Compensation is $37–$40 per hour, based on experience, with start date ASAP.

Responsibilities include family support, household organization, meal support, and errands. Flexible for occasional pickups and kinship with pets may be involved.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Vaccinations up to date per CDC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Family Support: assist with school pickups, activity prep, snacks, and supervision as needed.
• Household Organization & Maintenance: build and maintain organization systems, daily resets, mail handling, and seasonal swaps.
• Inventory & Errands: restock pantry, groceries, subscriptions, and manage returns.
• Meal Support: plan and help prepare approximately 4 dinners per week, grocery shopping with a shared list.
