Sage-Haus in Seattle, WA is seeking a Part-time House Manager & Family Assistant to organize daily life for a busy family. The role covers household systems, meal prep, errands, laundry, and light childcare as needed, with a discreet, proactive approach.

The position offers 10–15 hours per week, starting ASAP, on Mondays and Thursdays between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. You’ll work alongside two remote-working parents to create ease and structure in a busy home.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain a smoke free environment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check.
• COVID/flu vaccination preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain organizational systems throughout the home, including closets, pantry, kitchen, linen storage, and other shared spaces.
• Complete daily household resets, including dishes, wiping surfaces, quick vacuuming, and preparing the home for cleaners.
• Coordinate seasonal organization projects, including clothing swaps and storage updates.
• Declutter spaces and coordinate donation drop-offs or consignment.
• Prepare the home for guests, holidays, and family gatherings.
• Assist with packing/unpacking for family travel.
• Replace and clean air purifier and humidifier filters as needed.
• Provide occasional gap coverage for daycare pick-up/drop-off when needed.
• Prepare backpacks, snacks, and child-related items; help research babysitters.
