Responsibilities include repairs, preventative maintenance, and assisting with guest requests. The position requires adherence to safety policies and ability to operate in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Familiarity with safety rules and facility operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance to guest rooms and common areas per Green Shield Binder.
• Perform repairs listed in work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections and record keeping.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and follow company procedures.
• Assist with maintaining boiler, electrical, HVAC, and life-safety equipment.
