Amazon is seeking an experienced Wellness Specialist to join our Workplace Health & Safety team at a Fulfillment Center. You will lead onsite injury prevention through ergonomic training and engagement, working closely with associates to improve movement techniques before soreness or injury occurs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in athletic therapy, human kinetics, physiotherapy, ergonomics, or kinesiology.
• Experience with an industrial wellness program.
• Experience in an occupational or industrial setting.
• Experience working with a cross functional team.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Prevention: lead injury prevention through data analysis and ergonomic interventions.
• Wellness Education: design and deliver ergonomic education and coaching to associates.
• Collaborate with operations to integrate prevention strategies into daily workflows.
