Amazon in Texas is seeking an experienced Injury Prevention Specialist to join the Workplace Health & Safety team at the Fulfillment Center. You will lead onsite injury prevention initiatives, ergonomic training, and proactive safety programs to protect associates and improve movement techniques.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications, plus data analysis skills and collaboration with operations to embed prevention into daily work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC or State) required.
• Valid First Aid/CPR/AED certification required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite injury prevention and ergonomic training.
• Collaborate with operations to embed prevention strategies into daily workflows.
• Conduct comprehensive workplace evaluations to identify hazards and implement interventions.
