Job summary

Lincoln Electric is seeking an EHS Specialist for the Mason, OH facility to develop, implement, and sustain an enterprise-wide environmental, health, and safety program. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing environment experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage facility-wide safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Lead the transition from compliance-based safety to proactive safety ownership.
• Serve as subject matter expert for OSHA, EPA, NFPA, DOT and other frameworks.
• Drive audits, corrective actions, and risk assessments; conduct incident investigations.
• Maintain safety documentation and regulatory filings; support emergency planning.
