EcoShield Pest Solutions in Portage, IN is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating communication across teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Phone, email, and SMS communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive customer service through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Schedule new and recurring pest control services and coordinate 4-point home inspections with Branch Sales Professionals for existing customers.
• Maintain accurate records by logging and managing customers, technician, and management communications within internal systems, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
• Monitor customer appointment schedules and proactively support appointment adherence and service completion.
