Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive customer service via phone, email, and messaging, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Schedule pest control services and coordinate 4-point home inspections with Branch Sales Professionals for existing customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, technicians, and communications in internal systems.
• Monitor appointment schedules and support adherence and service completion.
