Job summary

Integrity Property Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable Commercial Handyman / Building Maintenance Technician to provide maintenance, repair, preventative maintenance, and on-site property support at our commercial sites.

The role emphasizes safety, problem-solving, and attention to detail. You will perform drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, identify hazards, document findings with photos when needed, and escalate complex issues to licensed professionals.

Qualifications

Previous commercial handyman experience preferred.
Proficient in troubleshooting common maintenance issues.
Familiarity with ADA/accessibility considerations in commercial properties is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Perform drywall repairs, patching, texture matching, and touch-up work.
Complete interior and exterior painting and general finish repairs.
Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing issues, including leaks.
Replace faucets, toilets, valves, and other plumbing fixtures.
Replace light fixtures, switches, outlets, lamps, and ballasts within scope.
Perform basic troubleshooting of non-high-voltage electrical systems.
Repair and adjust doors, locks, hinges, closers, and other hardware.
Assist with tenant turnovers, property improvements, and special projects.
Conduct routine property inspections and identify hazards or maintenance deficiencies.
