Job summary
Robert High Development, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of commercial and residential properties. The role requires skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and related trades across a growing portfolio.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and can work independently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Five or more years in maintenance, facilities, construction, or property maintenance.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall repair, and painting.
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and general upkeep of commercial and residential properties.
- Maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
- Weatherproofing, painting, gutter maintenance, and cleaning exterior surfaces.
- Inspect properties and coordinate with licensed contractors for specialized repairs.
- Respond to tenant requests and document work using mobile apps.
