You will greet customers, document concerns, review history, present repair recommendations, and drive value while maintaining thorough documentation in a process-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to present and sell automotive repair and maintenance recommendations.
• Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules and common service needs.
• Ability to review vehicle history and identify service opportunities proactively.
• Strong organizational skills, accountability, and professionalism.
• Comfortable working in a process-driven, performance-based environment.
• Computer and technology savvy, with the ability to learn and work efficiently within shop management systems.
• Experience with Tekmetric is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and document vehicle concerns accurately.
• Review vehicle history, declined work, and maintenance needs.
• Present repair and maintenance recommendations in a clear, confident, and professional manner.
• Build value for needed services and help customers make informed decisions.
• Follow up on pending work, declined work, and deferred maintenance opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to support workflow and customer experience.
• Close repair orders accurately and maintain a high standard of documentation and follow-through.
