Ken Garff Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician (Mechanic) at Volkswagen of Orem to perform repairs to dealership vehicles with precision and adherence to state and factory standards.

The role emphasizes thorough diagnostic work, use of the Dealer Management System for job tracking, and ongoing training. Prior automotive technician experience and ASE or dealership certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders in line with dealership and factory standards.
• Address customers’ primary concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to meet 'Fixed First Visit' expectations.
• Master the Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, inspections, quotes, and timekeeping.
• Complete required training as assigned and maintain workspace cleanliness.
