Ken Garff Hyundai Southtowne - Sandy, UT is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to deliver precise repairs in a fast-paced dealership setting. The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.

You’ll participate in the PRO TECH program with regular rewards, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior ASE or dealer certifications are highly preferred, and a valid U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, per dealership, state and factory standards.
• Address customers’ concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to attain Fixed First Visit expectations.
• Use Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection and communicate additional needs to Service Advisor.
• Master the Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, inspections, quotes, and timekeeping.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workspace and vehicles; complete required training.
