Job summary

Aspen Snowmass is seeking Ski Instructors to teach skiing to individuals and groups of all ages and abilities, from children to adults, in Aspen, CO. You will deliver engaging lessons using diverse teaching methods while ensuring safety and a positive guest experience.

You will work with a team of pros, schedule lessons via the internal platform, and demonstrate professionalism representing the company on and off the slopes. Rolling applications accepted.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Documented experience working with children is required.
• PSIA Level 1 Certification or foreign equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach a variety of lessons to guests of all ages and abilities.
• Adapt lessons using diverse skiing techniques to meet learner needs.
• Provide exceptional guest service while managing risk.
• Collaborate with other instructors to group guests by goals and abilities.
• Maintain an accurate work schedule using the scheduling platform.
