Job summary

Aspen Skiing Company is looking for Ski Instructors to teach skiing to individuals and groups of all ages and abilities. You will implement diverse skiing techniques while ensuring safety and fun.

This position offers a pay range of $32.04 to $56.98 per hour, dependent on experience and lessons taught. We foster an inclusive environment that values diversity and aims to develop innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Documented experience working with children is required.

Responsibilities

• Teach a variety of lessons to guests of all ages and abilities.
• Utilize skiing and teaching techniques to adapt lessons.
• Provide exceptional guest service while managing risk.

Skills

Knowledge of current skiing and teaching technique

Ability to demonstrate precise skiing maneuvers

Basic knowledge of motor skill learning and child development

Ability to ski for multiple hours daily

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Level 1 PSIA Certification or foreign equivalent preferred
