Purgatory Golf Club is excited to announce the career opportunity of Golf Shop Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and focus on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor, implement, and adhere to all company goals, policies, procedures, and controls.
• Assist golf professionals with checking in golfers, maintaining the tee sheet, and managing pace of play.
• Receive merchandise and follow purchase order procedures.
• Rotate shop displays.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and assist with stock and shop cleanliness.
• Price merchandise and maintain inventory levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Professional.
• Provide exceptional service and go the extra mile to meet guest expectations.

Experience, Education, and Certification Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 40 lbs. to waist height.
• Frequent bending, turning, kneeling, and stooping.
• Exposure to hot and cold temperatures.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Repetitive motions, including computer entry.
• Operate a golf car safely.
• Normal vision and hearing.
