As a Full Time Teller within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Noblesville, IN, at the Prairie Lakes branch.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Process a variety of customer interactions. Educate customers on available financial options. Identify banking opportunities during interactions and refer as appropriate.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to identify opportunities and make referrals to branch staff.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products, leveraging technology and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues.
• Adhere to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment. Ensure branch operations and transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
