Job summary

The Pro Shop Attendant at The Pro Shop is the first point of contact for golfers and guests, welcoming them and ensuring smooth play across the course. You will handle tee time management, retail transactions, and day-to-day pro shop operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, scheduling tee times, processing sales, stocking displays, and assisting with merchandise and rentals while maintaining a pristine shop and coordinating events as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Basic math skills and comfort operating a point-of-sale system.
• Knowledge of golf, course etiquette, and equipment a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations, league sign-ups, and tournament registrations.
• Keep the pro shop and surrounding areas clean and orderly.
• Balance cash drawer and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Communicate course conditions, policies, and promotions to guests.
• Support golf events, outings, and tournaments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the point-of-sale system and process retail, food, and beverage transactions accurately
• Maintain organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing merchandise displays
• Assist customers with merchandise selection, club rentals, and general inquiries
• Coordinate cart staging, starter duties, and pace-of-play as needed
• Handle reservations, league sign-ups, and tournament registrations
• Keep the pro shop, counter, and surrounding areas clean and orderly
• Balance the cash drawer and complete opening and closing procedures
• Communicate course conditions, policies, and promotions to guests
• Support golf events, outings, and tournaments as needed

Physical Requirements:

Compensation:
