Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a PRO Services associate in Massachusetts who will focus on building relationships with professional customers and growing their accounts. The role reports to the PRO Services Manager and supports PRO priorities across store operations.

The position emphasizes in-store support, customer service excellence, and knowledge of Floor & Decor products. Travel up to 20% may be required to visit PRO job sites and demonstrate benefits and capabilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish or the dominant language in the area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, and customer support.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs and expand participation.
• Maintain product knowledge and train staff on selling processes.
• Promote PRO Credit solutions and PRO Premier Rewards Program.
• Travel to customer sites with the Pro Services Manager when needed.
• Perform other duties to achieve business objectives.
