Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Pro Sales Leader to drive growth in a designated Maryland sales territory.

You will manage relationships with professional customers, develop pricing strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize sales and profitability. The role requires outside sales experience, strong analytics, and the ability to deliver executive-level presentations while traveling daily within the territory.

Qualifications

• Three years of outside sales experience (Retail industry preferred).
• Ability to analyze sales data, develop recommendations and solutions.
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
• Persuasive communication and ability to deliver executive-level presentations.
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

• Prospect continuously for new clients through telephone, in-store, and occasional outside sales.
• Maintain current list of prospects in electronic database.
• Develop pricing and business development strategies with management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Marketing to focus on leads and campaigns.
• Represent the company at trade shows and promotional events.
• Analyze local market to identify opportunities and buyers.
• Follow up on referrals and leads to identify timing and influences.
• Plan prospect visits with operations personnel and make sales presentations.
• Solicit orders and process services to achieve goals.
• Meet new clients to assess satisfaction and obtain strong referrals.
• Prepare proposals and responses to RFQs/RFPs with management approval.
• Enhance business development skills through training.
