Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Pro Sales Manager to drive special-order sales across Retail Pro Sales, AM, PAE, BIM Architectural Lead, and Install Services. The role covers NC, SC, TN, S VA markets with significant travel and field activities.

You will engage customers, read blueprints, and create quotes while coordinating orders end-to-end. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of direct sales in building products, strong customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years direct sales experience in retail/building products preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with solution focus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Familiarity with POS software and CRM systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive Special Order Sales: increase market share across Retail Pro Sales, AM, PAE, BIM Architectural Lead, and Install Services.
• Travel 50%+ with overnights for events, meetings and site visits.
• Plan weekly sales activities and report using CRM and call reporting tools.
• Read blueprints, create/maintain quotes, manage orders end-to-end, provide after-sales service.
• Provide product knowledge training and demonstrations; present selling programs.
• Address customer complaints promptly and investigate solutions.
• Share feedback to sales leadership on competitive landscape and opportunities.
• Territory covers NC, SC, TN, S VA, includes VA Beach, Nashville, Myrtle Beach, Wilmington, Raleigh/Durham, Charlotte.
