Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is hiring a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, handle returns and cores, and promote ongoing sales and loyalty programs. You will build key relationships with major pro customers and provide insights from deliveries to support CPP.

You will also assist in upselling, keep the store clean, and help customers with product recommendations. The role requires safe driving, strong communication, basic math, and the ability to work retail

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
