Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers and to assist with returns and core pickups.

The role involves engaging with customers, promoting current sales and loyalty programs, and maintaining store appearance and stock levels. Responsibilities include building relationships with key pro customers, supporting upsell and cross-sell efforts to raise average order value, and operating in a safe, efficient manner within the store

Qualifications

• Safe driving and navigation abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions and parts catalogs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math for transactions and measurements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Willingness to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and general stocking duties.
• Engage with walk-in customers and recommend parts or services.
