Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers and assist with pro account relationships.

You will also pick up returns and cores, distribute sales flyers, upsell products, and help maintain store inventory and cleanliness. The role requires safe driving, good communication, and the ability to learn new inventory systems while serving walk-in customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts knowledge or experience is a plus.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals and interpret parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores; drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with Main Street and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights learned during deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory including stocking, back stock, and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
