Advance Auto Parts is seeking a driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers in the Clarksville, TN area. You will also handle returns, assist with marketing flyers, and collect credit accounts while supporting upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasional 100 pounds.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
