Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers while maintaining excellent customer service. You will handle returns, distribute sales flyers, collect credit information, and build strong relationships with pro customers.

A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required; automotive parts experience is preferred. This role involves upselling, stocking, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Able to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock integrity.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
