Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, upsell where appropriate, and help maintain store cleanliness and stock levels. The role requires safe driving, English communication, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals.
• Use basic math accurately for transactions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking and back stock.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
