Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will build relationships with key accounts and promote sales while handling credi t collections and maintaining store cleanliness.

You will engage with customers to assess needs, upsell products, and support inventory control. The role requires reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and sales aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
