Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a reliable driver to pick, stage, and deliver parts to pro customers. You will also pick up returns, maintain relationships with key accounts, and promote current sales and loyalty programs.

You should be comfortable upselling products, keeping the store clean, and assisting customers with parts knowledge and inventory. A valid license and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals and parts catalogs.
• Able to perform basic math and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, and facing.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend parts or services.
