Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Hickory, NC is looking for a Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, handle returns, and promote current sales and loyalty programs.

You will also assist with store cleanliness, stock management, and upselling to increase transaction value while engaging with walk-in customers. Must have a valid driver's license and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pickup returns and cores.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
