Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Cameron, MO is seeking a Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, handle returns, and promote current sales and loyalty programs.

The role includes daily credit collection, building pro customer relationships, and upselling while maintaining clean, stocked store areas. You will engage walk-in customers, support cross-selling efforts, and assist with store operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsabilités

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned
