Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. You will also handle returns, daily credit collections and build strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, basic math, and a customer-service mindset. This role involves upselling, maintaining store cleanliness, stock management, and supporting sales with product knowledge in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus, and communicate effectively with customers and peers.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers
• Pick up returns and cores
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs
• Daily collection of credit accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services
• Other duties as assigned
