Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a reliable driver to pick, stage, and deliver parts to pro customers in Fort Mill, SC. You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong English communication. You will assist in upselling, maintain store cleanliness, and handle stocking and daily credit accounts as part of a busy team.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and product catalogs.

Responsibilities

Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
Pick up returns and cores.
Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
Daily collection of credit accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, providing insights learned during deliveries.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
Maintain store cleanliness and stocking duties.
Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
