Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a dedicated driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to professional customers. You will also collect returns, manage daily credit accounts, and promote current sales and loyalty programs.

The role requires excellent English communication, a valid drivers license, and the ability to lift heavy items. You7ll work with store teams to upsell, stock, and assist walk-in customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers license with acceptable driving record.
• Excellent English communication; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
