Advance Auto Parts Inc. is hiring a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to professional customers. You will also handle returns, deliver flyers, and promote loyalty programs while collecting on credit accounts.

The role requires engaging with customers to identify needs and upsell products, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking shelves, and supporting inventory processes. You will interact with walk-in customers and build strong relationships with key Pro accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license.
• Automotive parts knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Deliver weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Collect debts for credit accounts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock; cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
