Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to pro customers and stage orders safely.
• Pickup returns and cores.
• Distribute weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Collect daily credit accounts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; share insights from deliveries.
• Upsell and cross-sell to raise average transaction value.
• Keep store clean: floors, bathrooms, dusting, and parking lot.
• Stock: truck, back stock, and cycle counts.
• Know inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
• Engage walk-in customers to identify needs and suggest parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
