Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a driven Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, upsell and cross-sell products, maintain store cleanliness and assist with inventory, with a focus on safe driving and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating instructions, parts catalogs and manuals.
• English fluency; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP with insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• Stock and inventory: general stocking, back stock and cycle counts; knowledge of inventory and new arrivals.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
