Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a driver to pick, stage, and deliver parts to pro customers, while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. You will collect credit accounts, upsell products, and maintain stock and cleanliness in the store.

Strong customer service and basic inventory knowledge are essential, with a valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours. Responsibilities include relationship building with MainStreet and National Pro customers, using the delivery board

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Ability to read and interpret basic safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
Pick up returns and cores.
Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
Daily collection of credit accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Stocking including back stock and cycle counts.
Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
