Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and deliver automotive parts to pro customers with a focus on service and upselling. The role includes maintaining inventory familiarity, handling returns, and promoting loyalty programs, while ensuring safety and accuracy in daily deliveries.

The candidate will engage with customers, build relationships with Major Pro accounts, and uphold store standards. Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote sales/loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to identify needs and recommend parts or services.
