Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers and handle returns. You will promote current sales and loyalty programs while maintaining strong customer relationships.

In addition to driving, you will assist with inventory, merchandising, and UPS/credit account basics, ensuring a clean, organized store environment and upsell opportunities.

Formación

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and parts catalogs.
• Willing to learn about new products and sales techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights learned during deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
