Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, while returning cores and promoting current sales. You will help maintain store presentation and stock levels, and build partnerships with key pro customers through insightful delivery feedback.

Strong communication, a basic math skill set and readiness to learn new products and selling techniques are essential. Flexible shifts and safety focus are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, parts catalogs and manuals.
• Perform basic math for transactions and measurements.
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocking including back stock, facing and parking lot.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to raise transaction value.
