Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to service pro customers by delivering parts, picking up returns and cores, and promoting current sales and loyalty programs. You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist with upselling, and help keep the store clean and organized.

You will operate inventory systems, stock parts, and engage customers to meet their needs. Safety-focused driver with strong communication and customer service skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Excellent English communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing and parking lot.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
