Job summary

Talentify in Calhoun, GA is seeking a dedicated delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver automotive parts to pro customers and maintain relationships with key commercial accounts. You will also promote current sales, assist with upselling, and handle daily credit account collections.

The role requires basic inventory knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work days, some evenings, and weekends in a fast-paced store environment. Safety and customer service come first.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read safety rules and instruction manuals.
• Experience delivering parts to customers is preferred.
• Ability to work on days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP with insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned
