Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to professional customers, while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. You’ll build relationships with key Pro customers and assist in upselling products to increase transaction value.

Responsibilities include daily credit collection, returns, maintaining inventory, and ensuring store cleanliness. The role requires safety awareness, effective communication, and the ability to lift heavy items.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services.
