Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Clearwater, FL is seeking a delivery driver who will pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers and pick up returns and cores.

You will also drop off weekly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs, and you will collect credit accounts daily. Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and provide CPP with insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
